At PunCube, we stand behind the quality and function of our products. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and quality claims are handled for purchases made directly from puncube.com.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 100 days of receiving your order.
Return requests submitted after 100 days from delivery will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Purchased directly from puncube.com.

Returned with proof of purchase or order number.

In original or good-as-new condition.

Returned with all parts, accessories, labels, packaging, manuals, gifts, and bundled items included.

Free from damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
PunCube reserves the right to reject a return or reduce the refund amount if the returned item is incomplete, damaged, used beyond normal inspection, missing accessories, or not in the condition described by the customer.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to sender.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless PunCube agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Returns without valid tracking may not be eligible for a refund if the package is lost or cannot be confirmed as delivered to our return address.
Original shipping fees, priority shipping fees, duties, taxes, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. 100-Day Trial Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery.
For trial returns based on preference, wrong item or color ordered by the customer, change of mind, or similar non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The item must be returned in good-as-new condition.
After we receive and inspect the item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Quality Issue and Warranty Claims
If your item arrives with an apparent manufacturing defect, wrong item, or visible issue, you must contact us at service@puncube.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To review the claim, we may require your order number, clear photos, a short video showing the issue, photos of the packaging, and a description of how and when the issue was discovered.
PunCube will evaluate the evidence and determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect, fulfillment error, transit issue, or normal product variation.
If PunCube confirms a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, PunCube will choose the appropriate remedy at its discretion, with priority given to repair, replacement parts, or product replacement before any refund is considered.
Manufacturing defect claims reported after 7 calendar days may be reviewed under our warranty policy. Warranty remedies are generally limited to repair, replacement parts, or replacement, and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If the issue was caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper care, normal wear and tear, shipping carrier handling, or customer handling, the claim may be denied.
6. What Is Not Considered a Quality Issue
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for a defect-based refund:

Minor loose threads, trimming marks, or finishing variation that do not affect product function or structural integrity.

Slight color differences caused by production batches, material texture, lighting, photography, or screen display settings.

Natural variation in leather, metal, carbon fiber, fabric, or other materials.

Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface wear that do not affect function.

Normal break-in feel, stiffness, resistance, sound, or tactile differences in the wallet mechanism, card ejection, sliding, or pushing action, provided the product functions as intended.

Damage caused by dropping, impact, bending, overloading, improper storage, water exposure, improper cleaning, disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repair.

General wear and tear from daily use.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, or third-party marketplaces not approved by PunCube.
7. Inspection and Refund Approval
All returned items are inspected after arrival.
If the item is approved, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days after inspection. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or card issuer, it may take 7-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, PunCube may reject the return, offer store credit, deduct a reasonable amount from the refund, or return the item to the customer at the customer's cost.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or model, please contact us within 100 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless PunCube agrees otherwise in writing. Exchange items will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, PunCube may offer an item of comparable value, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

Gift cards.

Final sale items.

Personalized or customized products.

Free gifts or promotional items unless returned with the full order.

Warranty replacements.

Items damaged by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modification.

Products not purchased directly from puncube.com.
10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Delivery-Issue Items
If you receive the wrong item or believe the item arrived with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, photos, and video evidence where applicable.
Please keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all accessories until the claim is resolved. Discarding packaging or failing to provide requested evidence may limit our ability to approve the claim.
For packages damaged, delayed, lost, stolen, or misdelivered during transit, the shipping carrier is the primary responsible party after the package has been accepted by the carrier. PunCube may assist by providing documents or supporting information, but the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and filing any required carrier claim unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us immediately at service@puncube.com. Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and this Refund Policy will apply.
12. Policy Updates
PunCube reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on puncube.com at the time of your request will apply, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
