At PunCube, we work to process orders quickly and provide reliable tracked shipping options for customers worldwide. Please review the terms below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow extra time for tracking updates, as local carriers may take time to scan the package after dispatch.

2. Shipping Address Changes

You may request a shipping address change before a tracking number has been issued. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address from our side.

If you need to redirect a package after shipment, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. PunCube may assist where possible, but carrier approval and successful redirection are not guaranteed.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at service@puncube.com. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Refund Policy will apply.

4. Shipping Fees

Orders over $59 qualify for free tracked shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. Priority shipping may be available for selected regions.

Original shipping fees, priority shipping fees, duties, taxes, and shipping protection fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Standard shipping may not be available in some African countries. Please contact us before ordering.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, local delivery restrictions, or other circumstances outside PunCube's control.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

For orders shipped to the United States and European Union, no import duties or customs fees are generally required unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For other countries or regions, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges may apply according to local laws. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

PunCube is not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, or packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

7. Shipping Risk, Title, and Carrier Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer.

PunCube is not liable for loss, theft, delay, damage, failed delivery, or misdelivery that occurs during transit after the package has been accepted by the carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, ensuring the delivery address is correct and secure, responding to carrier notices, and contacting the carrier when delivery issues arise.

If a logistics issue occurs, PunCube may assist by providing shipping documents, tracking information, or communication support with the carrier. However, the customer remains the primary party responsible for filing carrier claims, arranging pickup or redelivery, and resolving delivery issues with the carrier.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, PunCube is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery unless required by applicable law.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, local mailrooms, and the carrier. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan if you need supporting documentation. Late reports may limit our ability to assist with carrier investigations.

9. Refused Shipments, Failed Delivery, and Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned because duties or taxes were not paid, the customer is responsible for all related costs, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any reshipping fees.

Refunds for returned-to-sender packages, if approved, will be issued only after the package is received and inspected by PunCube. Shipping fees and any carrier or customs charges may be deducted from the refund.
