To make sure your return goes smoothly, please double-check the following:

  • Timeline: Please start your return request within 30 days of receiving your package.based on the carrier tracking status marked “Delivered.”
  • Order Details: Have your order number and the email you used at checkout ready.
  • Photos/Videos: Provide clear photos/videos when requested (especially for damage, defects, or missing items).
  • Condition: The item needs to be in original condition—basically, just like how you received it (not heavily used, not altered, and not damaged by misuse).
  • Everything in the box: Please include all original packaging, labels, manuals, tools, and accessories.

    Please note: We may not be able to process your return if these conditions aren't met.

    What we can't accept:
  • Third-party purchases: If you bought our product from another shop (like a local retailer), please reach out to them directly.
  • Accidental damage: Items damaged due to misuse or modifications.

No, we do not charge any handling fees. You simply need to ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.

What if it's Puncube's fault?
If the return is caused by our mistake—for example, if we sent the wrong item, or if your product arrived damaged or with missing parts—we've got you covered. You can choose a replacement or a refund, and we will pay for the shipping.
