1. Processing Time
Generally it takes 1-2 business days for processing after receiving your order. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.
2. Change of Delivery Address
No fee for changing shipping address before we provide you the tracking number.
3. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
4. Shipping Fee
Orders over $59 qualify for free tracked shipping. Priority shipping is available for the United States. For other countries/regions, expedited shipping may require commercial courier services with higher shipping costs. Please contact service@puncube.com for a quote.

6. Tax and Duty
United States and European Union
No import duties or customs fees are required for your order.
Other Countries
For orders shipped outside the United States and European Union, import duties depend on your local customs policies and clearance process. We will declare a reasonable product value to help minimize the chance of duties being charged. If duties cannot be avoided, the declared value may help reduce the amount payable.
