NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

3. Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Sorry that our worldwide  free shipping doesn't include Alaska, Hawaii, and the Balearic Islands. We attempt to deliver your shipment within 2 weeks. But according to our shipping carriers, the delivery time can be fairly lengthy for Alaska, Hawaii, and the Balearic Islands. We can't guarantee the delivery time for these destinations.

6. Tax and Duty:

U.S. Duties
In most cases, prices for orders shipped to the United States include import duties. However, due to changing government policies, we cannot guarantee this in every situation. Any additional duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

EU Duties
For orders shipped to the EU, prices include import taxes and all orders are duty-free.

Other Countries’ Duties
For orders shipped outside the U.S. and EU, we will declare a reasonable product value to help minimize the chance of import duties. If duties cannot be avoided, the declared value will help reduce the amount owed.

No, we do not charge any handling fees. You simply need to ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.

If the return is caused by our mistake—for example, if we sent the wrong item, or if your product arrived damaged or with missing parts—we've got you covered. You can choose a replacement or a refund, and we will pay for the shipping.
