Mech Wallet

I received my order but it is incorrect. I ordered 3 wallets with 3 money clips and added 2 billfolds and 2 MagSafe accessories. But I received 3 billfolds and zero MagSafe accessories. The MagSafe option was what I really wanted in this. Please let me know how and when I can expect to receive the rest of my order and send back the one extra billfold. Thanks.

These wallets are made to be used with the billfold, otherwise they are harder to operate. I'm actually enjoying mine.

I just received my mechwallet today. I really like the tin can packaging, very sleek. I got the horizon black, very nice understated design feels premium. But because of the sleekness it is very hard to open with 6 cards inside it. After I installed the bifold and money clip it become very easy to use because now my fingers have something to grip on. Overall very happy with the product!

All'interno ho inserito comodamente sei carte che grazie al sistema push to pull vengono rialzate per permetterne l'estrazione e il reinserimento.
Il materiale è solido e anche il sistema meccanico funziona molto bene.
Sul retro vi è anche un comodo ferma soldi, utile nel caso si voglia portare dietro l'indispensabile e inserire tutto in una pochette o una borsa di piccole dimensione.

I previously had a situation where my wallet was accidentally delivered to the wrong apartment and the tenant kept claiming they didn't get any packages (even with photo evidence). Figured I was out of luck since it was obviously the fault of the delivery driver, not Puncube. Surprisingly their support team reached out and offered to send a replacement to an alternate address to avoid another delivery issue. I received my replacement a few days ago, many thanks to Puncube support! After using the wallet these past few days, initial impressions are overall positive. Packaging was surprisingly nice and premium. I also got the billfold accessory, which significantly helps with being able to easily open the wallet. It gives the otherwise smooth backside a much needed “lip” to be able to rest your fingers on and push the lid forwards. I actually really like the billfold but apparently there's some differences in the version people received? Mine is similar to what was originally shown. Seems to work as advertised and the magnetism is sufficiently strong without being difficult to open. Yes, it sticks via adhesive but it seems sturdy enough as long as you properly clean the surface first. They also provided additional adhesive stickers if you ever need to replace it, which is a nice inclusion. I got the black wasteland aluminum version, which I'm sure is going to eventually accumulate scratches that will show very clearly. Probably could have benefited from a clear coat or some type of protective layer over the paint. Like many others have mentioned, the wallet does have “sharp” corners that will certainly cause scratches to delicate surfaces so be careful if putting it in a pocket with your phone or placing it on a tabletop unless you are okay with minor scratches. The edges are not sharp in the sense that they might actually cut you, but it is a bit uncomfortable to feel. All in all, minor gripes and I'm happy with what I got. I'm sure if there is a version 2 they could perfect everything. Puncube, if you need additional feedback or a tester for future versions let me know! I'm happy to help!

Got mine yesterday, the Horizon. The surface is too smooth to operate efficiently, and unless you have 5-6 non-embossed plastic cards, the wallet will get stuck. The Groove wallet already has this figured out. This one looks nicer, but it doesn‘t work.
