Warranty Policy

PunCube stands behind the quality and functionality of its products. This Limited Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from puncube.com.
1. Warranty Period
The Mech Wallet product line is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Other product lines, unless otherwise specified on the applicable product page, are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
If your product arrives with an apparent defect, you receive an incorrect item, or another visible issue is present upon delivery, please report it within seven calendar days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur during normal use.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
3. Warranty Remedies
After reviewing a warranty claim, PunCube may provide one of the following remedies:
- Troubleshooting or repair guidance;
- Replacement parts;
- Product repair;
- Replacement with the same or a comparable product.
The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the nature of the issue, product availability, and repair feasibility. Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for a refund.
4. Submitting a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact:

- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
PunCube may request additional information or require the product to be inspected before approving the claim.
5. Warranty Shipping Costs
For approved warranty claims, covered replacement parts, repairs, or replacement products will be provided without charge.
Customers are responsible for shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, and other delivery-related costs unless otherwise agreed by PunCube or required by applicable law.
6. Replacement Products and Parts
Replacement products and parts are covered for the remainder of the original product’s applicable warranty period.
Repairing or replacing a product or component does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
7. Consumer Rights
This limited warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
