How does the Bifold close? Is cash or loose change secure inside?
The Bifold is secured with high-strength neodymium magnets, providing a firm and reliable closure.
It’s designed to stay securely closed while still being easy to open, ensuring cash won’t fall out.
So far, we haven’t had a single reported case of items coming loose or falling out.
I see different card-sliding mechanisms. What’s the difference?
Yes. We currently offer three different mechanisms.
They all access cards the same way, but the hand feel and feedback are very different. That tactile difference is one of the key features of the Mech Wallet.

Can I replace the Bifold Module later?
Yes. The Bifold Module is secured to the Mech Wallet with screws, so it can be easily replaced or upgraded to other accessories.
A screwdriver and screws are included in the box.
How big is the bifold’s capacity?
External slots: 1–2 cards
Internal space (cash/cards/coins):
• Cash: usually fits 5–7 bills; when folded neatly and pressed, up to 10
• Cards: 2 cards
• Coins: 5–10 pieces
Can access, Sentry Card, or ID cards still be read inside the wallet?
The Mech Wallet fully blocks RFID and NFC signals.
As a result, access cards and ID cards cannot be scanned while inside the wallet.These cards should be placed in the dedicated slot of the Bifold Module.
The Sentry Card uses Bluetooth and is not blocked. However, when placed inside the metal wallet, the effective signal range may be reduced.
