I see different card-sliding mechanisms. What’s the difference?
Yes. We currently offer three different mechanisms.
They all access cards the same way, but the hand feel and feedback are very different. That tactile difference is one of the key features of the Mech Wallet.
Wasteland=Clicky
Horizon=Smooth
Ripple=Quiet
What’s the difference between the Aluminum and Titanium versions?
Same function. Different level.
Aluminum Version:
For everyday users who want a light, practical, and reliable Mech Wallet.
Titanium Version:
The ultimate Mech Wallet. Built for those who want the best version we can make.
It feels denser, stronger, and more premium in hand. Titanium is far harder to CNC machine, finish, and assemble than aluminum, especially for a precision mechanical wallet.
The Titanium version is also available with your choice of drive mechanism when ordering, making the tactile experience more personal.
Will cards ever fall out?
No worries. A built-in damping block keeps standard plastic and metal cards secure. Non-standard cards are not recommended.
Does Mech Wallet have RFID protection?
Yes. Mech Wallet fully blocks RFID/NFC signals to help protect your cards from unwanted scanning.
For access cards or ID cards, we recommend the Bifold Module with its quick-access card slot.
The Sentry Card uses Bluetooth, so it will still work with the wallet.
How do accessories attach to the wallet?
All 2026 accessories—except the money clip—now use a screw-fixed design.
If you order accessories, a screwdriver and screws will be included in the box.
Please note: Mech Wallets purchased before 2025 are not compatible with the new accessories.
Do I need to buy a money clip ?
No, every Mech Wallet comes with a stainless steel money clip included.
